What materials do you use? 

• We use a premium 100% cotton or cotton-poly blend for all t-shirts and sweatshirts, featuring top brands like Comfort Colors, Bella+Canvas, Gildan, AS Colour, and Independent Trading Co. for quality and comfort.

How are designs transferred to your products?

• Our designs are printed using DTG (direct-to-garment) printing, a process where each shirt is run through a specialized printer that applies ink directly onto the fabric. After printing, a heat press to cure the design into the fibers, ensuring durability. Some minor fading may occur after the first wash—this is normal for DTG printing and shouldn’t affect the overall longevity of the design.

Washing Instructions

• To keep your cotton and cotton-poly blend items looking their best, we recommend washing them inside out with cold water on a gentle cycle. Use mild detergent and avoid bleach. For best results, tumble dry on low or hang to dry to minimize shrinkage and preserve the print.

Sizing

• We use a variety of trusted brands for our apparel, so sizing may vary slightly between products. To help you find the best fit, detailed sizing information is provided under each product listing. We recommend checking the size chart before ordering to ensure the perfect fit for your chosen style. We recommended sizing up one size for an oversized fit.

Shipping

• Shipping times vary based on the destination, carrier, and selected shipping method. Typical delivery estimates after fulfillment are as follows:

  • U.S. Domestic Shipping: 2–9 business days

  Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control, especially during peak seasons.

  Dropology is not responsible if item is not delivered by a specific date or holiday. Returns and refunds will not be approved in this circumstance.
