All items are final sale due to the nature of our print-on-demand production process. This means that all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Dropology is not responsible if item is not delivered by a specific date or holiday. Returns and refunds will not be approved in this circumstance.

However, if you believe your item is defective or was damaged during production or shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We take quality seriously and will review your concerns to determine the best resolution.

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and the defect
